"Park Royal is a nice upscale hotel set on a spectacular location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The main attraction for me was the ocean view and the ocean air. That didn't work. I was surprised that the room windows were dirty and that you could not open the windows to let air in. What's the point of an ocean view in that case? Plus, despite the hotel being mostly empty mid-week, they put me in a less desirable location. (Low floor, angle view.) Note to management...please give your customers a...

"The hotel had a great location and view of the ocean. There were a few issues with the room when we arrived but the staff did come up and fix the problems right away. (Fridge not plugged in, safe not functioning, some lights burned out)."
