"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and both times were great. The staff was super friendly, and quick with service. The rooms were comfortable. They do offer shuttles to Universal, but it is close enough to drive yourself or even walk if you wanted to! The only downfall on my stay was housekeeping kept turning the room temp up. I tried to keep it around 65-66, as I like to enjoy a chilled room after being in the heat all day. Everyday I would come back and find the temperature turned up past 70. The final day they turned it all the way up to 74. This was mighty annoying as the room was uncomfortably hot everytime I would get there. The only other thing I would recommend is maybe some air fresheners for the hallways. Each floors hallway has its own unique ‘scent’ and not necessarily in a good way. If you’re looking for a place close to Universal that’s not outrageously expensive, this would be the place for you!"
