"This was a wonderful hotel in a convenient area of Kyoto, right by a subway station and nice restaurants. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a nicely designed bathroom. We had a bed with 3 rooms which was great for our group. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. If I get to return to Kyoto, I would definitely stay here again! "

"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools.
