"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). She gave us a room with a view of the city and Canton Tower. My mum loved the view and sat by the window day and night. Thank you so much. The beds and air con were comfortable. Cleaning was efficient and well done. Staff at the entrance were always smiley and helpful. No lack of eateries around the hotel. A michelin star rated dim sum restaurant just diagonally opp the hotel. Also no lack of small local eateries. "

"The hotel staff was really friendly. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived at the hotel following an early flight. It could have been perfect if there were more places to hang clothes in the toilet, but the overall experience was great! "
