"The hotel was in a prime location close to the train station. The service was above and beyond and Carmen was most helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet had so many options and was really good. Afternoon tea was even better. The view of the garden while drinking tea was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place."

"very small and strange washroom. The air conditioning unit stopped working properly overnight, and around 6 AM it started heating instead of cooling, boosting the temperature to 26 deg. C. I called front desk and a sleepy old lady showed up, looked at me in a strange manner, and turned off the AC, and then walked out of the room and shut the door without saying anything at all. Luckily for me the AC worked properly when I switched it back on, as I did not feel comfortable calling them again....
