Overall it is a very good hotel with excellent customer service and excellent facilities. The only thing I did not like is that the internet connection speed was very slow and this hotel caters to overseas buyers who come to do business in China and a main requirements during business trips is good internet speed which for the size and scale of this property is probably one of the worst I've seen around China. I've been to eight different Chinese cities and I've stayed in non franchise Chinese hotels which have much better connection speed.

Hotel is very well located between Linhexi station and Guangzhou East railway station. Very convenient if coming from Baiyun Airport, just take line 3 and alight at Linhexi Station, no need to change line. There are many restaurants available and a huge shopping mall, so there are plenty of dining options available. Hotel staff extremely helpful and polite, room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Very satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

Hotel rooms are really nice and spacious. We have stay at executive floor with lounge access. Loungeis nice but selection of food was the same every day and we have been there- 10 days. Ano western food.
