"High quality hotel with good fitness facilities including an outdoor and indoor pool (water is a bit cold though). Rooms are huge with a very comfortable bed, and are very clean and well maintained. WiFi in rooms is not great, better in the lobby. No bar that I could find and info on where the two restaurants are located was poorly signposted and poor info on them in the room. They are on level B by the way. E-cafe Western restaurant was ok, but they literally had the same buffet...

"We are here for the papygo theme park which is installed in the hotel. The hotel also used the theme park for the tourism marketing. The theme Parks were closed down for upgrading work on 15 May 2019 and the hotel personnel mentioned that they are two separate operator and they will not be responsible for the temporary close down of the theme park. Please take note of this if you are booking of this hotel because of the theme park like us to avoid any disappointment."

"這家酒店位置太差, 找不到, 附近沒有商圈。而且酒店員工都是「差不多先生」,所有問題都變成正常的了。WIFI很差, 基本上房間收不到。房內的雪櫃根本沒插電...早餐不好吃...其實要求不太高的話這個是不錯的選擇, 房間蠻舒適的, 而且很大, 人流很少。建議有車子才來住, 因為真的很不方便。"

"Over priced hotel with practically no customer service . Rude employees and they just assist in their terms. Very conveniently located , seconds away from shopping, food, subway train and tourist activity and close to pearl river. Rooms especially bathroom is extremely dirty, broken toilet seat. Hotels need Remodeling desperately ... Rooms are damped. Building looks nice and grand from outside. I don't recommend any Americans to stay there ..."
