"Excellent experience, outstanding service made all the difference I stayed at this hotel during my visit to the Canton Fair and was genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—Jason and Shirley at the front desk went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which truly enhanced my stay. Even with the standard room, the value for money was already great, but the upgrade added a real touch of luxury. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location is also very convenient, with shops nearby, a metro station a few steps from the hotel, and free shuttle service to the Canton Fair complex, which is a huge plus for business travelers."

"I guess undoubtedly excellent memories, ticked all the boxes . Specially reception staff was fantastic ,they went out of the way to help. Very rarely i experienced. I lost my luggage in taxi but they managed to trace very easily.rooms were cleaned properly, everything was perfect "
