"We booked two Luxury King but were given keys to their cheapest rooms (with no windows!) upon check-in - the front desk staff did not mention the difference. The hotel also shares the building with other companies as well as a KTV bar, so it did not always feel secure for female travellers e.g. non-hotel guests had entered the hotel lift and...
