"I loved it here, the staff were amazing. The lady who cleaned my room even give me a birthday gift which was so special. I’ll be back in May that’s how I much I loved it. "Excellent hotel on the eastern edge of the Tianhe shopping district, with many big shopping malls and dining options within just a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself is very well equipped, nicely maintained and extremely comfortable. We found the beds particularly comfortable and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. Desk staff were polite, helpful and spoke decent English, which is not always the case in China. I would certainly stay at Oakwood Premier again when visiting Guangzhou."

"I am still shocking on what the room i had. The reception was closed due the Lunar Chinese New Year, I need to pay extra for roaming phone call to ask for the room’s detail and passcode. The rooms seems like had been used. One cup only. Dirty floor. Used amenities kit in the toilet’s drawer. Opened cotton swaps in the wash basin. The towels seems like had been moved by someone else. Broken toilet LED light in toilet. Weak shower. Poor in all the way."
