"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). "I guess undoubtedly excellent memories, ticked all the boxes . Specially reception staff was fantastic ,they went out of the way to help. Very rarely i experienced. I lost my luggage in taxi but they managed to trace very easily.rooms were cleaned properly, everything was perfect "
