"The heater was not working nor was the wifi, we had a room with double door and was quite hectic each time to open the door. The lift is so slow that its better to walk the stairs. Nevertherless the personnel were nice"

"Good hotel. Does need some input regarding the needs of European visitors. In particular the breakfasts because the food which should have been warm/hot wasn't always. There was often a lack of glasses, plates, cutlery etc, that necessitated them being requested. Everything is there to bring it to an acceptable level, just better staff training required in that area. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were well equipped and of a good size. Recommended."
