"Its right at Shinjuku JR station. Just exit from the South Gate and walk down the large pavement from eggslut to starbucks and shake shack. The hotel provides trolleys for our luggages. There is no bottled water, but you can have a free flow from the water dispenser at every level near the elevator. There is also an ice dispenser. The airport limousine bus comes directly to the hotel. Its so convenient. There is Takashimaya and Tokyu Hands just opposite the hotel, no need to cross any road..just...

"This hotel was clean and felt safe to stay there. The staff was very nice and accommodating to everyone in our group (18people). It was a 3 minute walk to 7-11. 5 min. walk to Starbucks. 10 min. walk to Shibuya Train Station. "

"It was good stay. Got family room Room was bit cramped. Only space for 3 beds. Cant put any luggage anywhere. No storage. . Overall clean and comfortable place "
