The reason we didn’t give 5 stars is that we requested non smoking and we were given email confirmation that we would be given a non smoking room, however the room was a smoking room and on a smoking floor. We only checked in around 3am and were too tired to ask for a swap and decided to keep the room"

"The electric plugs in the room are universal, work for UAE, European, American devices. BUT the business center is outdated. Thete are UAE plugs only, my connection plug was unstable and I had to fix it by a chair. The desktops are slow and do not allow to use zoom connection and, certainly, no option to fownload zoom application (the last is understandable). I am thankful for the opportunity to work in the business centet during late night, but that place must be renovated without delay. All...
