From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, particularly Harrison and George, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Harrison was incredibly attentive, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions. His friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. George also played a significant role in enhancing my experience; he was always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any requests I had, making dining reservations and offering great recommendations for things to do in the city. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, offering a blend of luxury and comfort that truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, with stunning views of the Dubai skyline. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning, which fueled my adventures around the city. The location was very good,easy access to transportation.The hotel is not far from the famous Dubai mall,the free shuttle service to the mall is a welcomed service. The restaurants are second to none,the food on the menu is of a variety and taste great.The decor is quite tastefull. The snack/pastry coffee shop has a variety and the person running it is quite friendly. The front desk staff is very helpful,they seem to enjoy their jobs which is great for customer relations. They joke around with one another yet maintaining true professionalism. The greeting staff at the front as well as the general helping hands are all quite friendly and willing to serve. A FANTASTIC STALY!THANK YOU.
