OK hotel. Due to the large buildings around, the pool only receives sunlight between 9.30 am and 11.30am. I paid extra for the Club Lounge, which was not worth the money. Threre was no afternoon tea and on the last day, it was used as an overflow for breakfast, so ruining the peace and quiet I was used to all week. I would not take this option again. Checking in at 6am, there was a hard sell for me to upgrade at my cost and the employee at the check in desk did not seem to want to take "no" for an answer, as it added another $1250 to my stay. Very convenient for the train, shopping and dining at the Dubai Marina.

Hotel is located in great location. It is close to Dubai Marina & Jbr beach. Also, there is a metro station next to it which makes it easier to navigate through the city. Hotel workers are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and very comfortable.

From start to finish of our stay the staff were unbelievable!! We were greated by a lovely gentleman who escorted our luggage for us into the main desk; where we were then greeted by a lovely lady to check us in & offered early check in… which was perfect for us as we were just off a long overnight flight with no sleep! They also decorated our room as it was our anniversary. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were perfection. Daily cleaning was done and room was brand new again. Walking distance 15 mins to JBR beach which was perfect for us! Overall great choice of hotel for Dubai. Many thanks !!!

This is my second time staying in Dubai. Although the location was convenient, the hotel and staff were nothing special. I stayed at Grand Millennium in Business Bay last year and it was exceptional. I was expecting something similar, but this location was a bit disappointing. I got the breakfast buffet but only had it twice out of the 13 days we were there because it was terrible. Overall, the hotel itself was not super nice, most staff were not super friendly, housekeeping was not great, and the staff were very pressing about my friends coming to grab something quickly. I would probably not stay here again.

Location is very nice and convenient. Staffs are very friendly. House keeping service was great, however, i noticed there's sewer smelling not going away. I could request new room but i didn't had a chance due to my schedule. Overall, i satisfied with their service and price. If i have a chance to revisit, i would stay again.
