Our fridge didn’t work and had to be replaced. The towels were so high up in the bathroom we couldn’t reach them. The bidet plug didn’t work. It was quite a dark room. Liked having a bath and separate shower tea and coffee facilities great.

The hotel was untidy. The bathroom door was broken and water was leaking. The sink was clogged. Room has unfamiliar smell. The staff didn’t clean room daily. No new towels were provided. Room is too far from airport and other attractions. We don’t suggest this room at all

the room is nice and clean however it's so noisy u can hear the lobby music ,the house keeping takes the towels and forgets to replace them and sometimes wont even put soap/shampoo if you use it the lobby café has good sandwiches but below average drinks and coffee

We had an overall wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of fresh and delicious options. After a 14-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel to find no one there to welcome me or help unload my luggage. I had to carry everything myself, which was really difficult, especially as a woman handling heavy bags. The next day, I called for a couple of bottles of water, and it took them 29 minutes to deliver. Overall, the lack of assistance and slow service has been really disappointing.
