"We enjoyed our stay at the YAWN Cabin, as it was a very convenient way of spending the night at the airport. The check-in procedure was very uncomplicated and the staff were very friendly. Our cabin was clean, although not spotless. Our only issue was the noise level produced by other guests that slammed doors and talked quite loudly - otherwise we would have got a very good night's sleep in a quiet environment."

"Plus: For a long layover between Emirates flights, this is a reasonable cost airside option with a good pillow, easy temperature control, dimmable lighting, nooks big enough for international carry-ons, and shelves for the flotsam. Minus: For some, the reclining bed might be too firm, the toilet is shared and down the hall, quite a long way from unit 1, and the shower is extra cost. "

"This property was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Not only clean & well maintained but simply gorgeous to the sight! I loved EVERYTHING about it! The staff was friendly, professional, accommodating & simply outstanding! They even called to ensure everything was up to standard during our visit & asked if we needed anything to help make our stay better! They were just the right amount of attentive. "One of Our Best Family Holidays! We stayed at Sofitel The Palm Dubai from March 29 to April 4 as a family of four, and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, with a great variety that changed daily. Our younger son has severe food allergies, and we were incredibly impressed by the level of care and attention he received. Special thanks to Chef Diego and Manager Prakash at Manava Restaurant for preparing safe meals for him every day. The Food & Beverage Manager, Lasantha Fernando, personally met with us on arrival and explained how the team would support us throughout the stay. The entire hotel staff was aware of our son’s condition and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our Family Deluxe Suite was spacious and perfect for a family. The in-room kitchen, washer, and water purifier were especially useful. We also really enjoyed the beach and the calm atmosphere. We felt safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel—especially for families with special dietary needs."
