Excellent stay. The staff at this hotel are amazing. From Earl, William, Kim and the team in the exec lounge to Babu and the guys on the beach they looked after us so well. Hotel itself was spotless and had some great eating options, Tori and Indian were very good. Even though I think the hotel could do with a refurb in the rooms, they were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a very relaxing week, so much so we didn’t venture to any shops just enjoyed the location and being very well looked after.

Staying at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to unparalleled luxury and impeccable service. The place looks incredible, like you're in a fancy palace, and it makes you feel really special. They've got awesome stuff like a super relaxing spa and great places to eat. Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Club Lounge was great, and well worth the extra - lovely comfortable, relaxed environment; friendly helpful staff; very good breakfast; good complimentary drinks, snacks and sushi in the evenings. Hotel, pool, beach were great. Safe, clean and beautiful. Only minor glitch was with house keeping: - no snacks in mini-bar for first 5 days of our stay (until we realised that there should be) - glasses never replaced after use; we had to call room service repeatedly - doors to balcony repeatedly left unlocked after cleaning. But the quality of cleaning itself was very good. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.
