Love hate relationship. Not as news and facilities at apartment room is lacking example no tooth brush, tooth brush holder, 1 spoon in the entire kitchen, bath robe not replaced etc. though staff are friendly, the receptionists aren’t great and not willing to help with early check in in request. We had to wait 7 hours for room to be ready and it’s only after I had to raise my voice demanding for the room. We were tired after overnight flight and definitely not great experience stating in Sofitel.

I visited Dubai for the first time in July and stayed near the front of the Palm. This area is a lot more quieter so if you enjoy the peace and quiet this place is definitely for you. The resort is massive and has a lot to offer from restaurants, an excellent pool to an amazing view from the beach.

Our stay in the Luxury Room at Sofitel The Palm Dubai was relaxing. The Polynesian-inspired decor, spacious balcony, and spa-like bathroom created a tranquil retreat. Access to premium amenities, including pools and a private beach, elevated the experience, making it truly memorable

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room was a junior suite with sea view and club access (room 3220) which was superb. We loved the location of the resort, the pool, the dine around options and the club lounge. All staff we encountered were professional, courteous and friendly. We found the food to be excellent quality and plentiful. The service in the premier lounge (and throughout the property) was attentive. We will definitely return to the resort in the future.

Resort is perfect for families and we had a wonderful stay. We've been going since 2014 and rhe only thing I would say is the rooms are now looking tired and could do wih a refresh.
