"We stayed at the Swissotel and had a very enjoyable time. The room was clean and spacious with a large king bed. The best part of the hotel is the staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. The only negative is the room had the shower in the bath and you need to be very careful using to ensure you don’t fall. Maybe challenging for someone with mobility issues. "

"The staff at Reception were very efficient and helpful, especially Nicole who checked me in. I was attending a conference at the World Trade Center, so it so so convenient to pass directly from the hotel to the WTC."

"great hotel in a great location. 2 minute walk to the station and half hour walk to dubai mall and burj khalifa. rooms are comfortable, secure and clean with great views. staff was fantastic - and shout out to the wonderful staff member who checked me in - kind, friendly, helpful and professional. surrounded by 2 hour coffee shops and easy access to everything. great hotel."

"While I can give 5 Stars to the staff, I was disappointed with the bathrooms and the lighting options within the rooms. We had 2 BR apartment suite and the second bathroom shower was way too small for someone to turnaround. In both the bathrooms the water from the shower was either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t get it right. Hope they fix it. Will I go back to sty there: yes!!"
