Our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were gifted champagne to celebrate. The staff constantly checked in, offering help and guidance as I explored Dubai for the first time. I always felt safe and supported. One team member even helped us figure out where to shop and which excursions were worth it. On our last day, a young woman who had bonded with my son gave us a handwritten letter and macaron cookies. I’ll never forget that moment. This hotel didn’t just impress me — it changed my expectations. The service, the kindness, the attention to detail... it was luxury at its best. I’ll absolutely be back.
