"We stayed for two nights, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice with everything that you could need, great tea tray, lovely toiletries etc. very comfortable bed, good lighting and a nice hot shower. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Plenty of parking too and in a great location for walking to both Bowness and Windermere. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative issue was a thoughtless guest on our final night who played the TV very loudly and had no regard for other guests."

"The room was unbelievable and the view stunning! Had the most amazing time celebrating my birthday and felt extra special with a glass of Prosecco when we arrived and birthday card in the room. The staff were also really lovely and restaurants food was delish!"

"We have visited here many times over the last four years and we have never been disappointed. Everything about this venue is superb, especially the wonderful staff who never fail to make us feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is so comfortable with lots of rooms to sit and relax. The log fires add to the comfort. Breakfast is so enjoyable with lots of choice. You can dine in the Bistro or the Restaurant and the food is all lovely. There is also a bar menu if you just want a snack. "

"The hotel is located on the main road into Windermere and has its own parking. Check in was fast and the receptionist was very helpful. I was a little disappointed as I didn’t realise that access to the pool with kids is only between 9am - 1pm so we had to move our plans around and take the kids the following morning. The room was fantastic, it was spotless and very spacious. It was nice and warm and included all the necessary essentials to make it a comfortable stay. The leisure centre is impeccably maintained and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to use again in the future. "

"Myself & wife had a 2 night stay in Room 1 with a fabulous Bath and 4 poster Bed. Room was clean and comfortable and with tea and coffee Facilities with Top up condiments in Reception area , Location is ideal. Price Reasonable. Contract direct for better price "
