"Definitely not worth £500.. checkin reception, Lack of information given about hotel and room. Not guided and advised where exactly our so called.sweet was as different building to hotel. No toothpaste, showercaps or essentials which you get in average hotels now days. No stocked mini fridge.. sauna was not even hot enough even after hour. Checkin 3pm but out by 10.30am, when requested can we leave 11.30am reception said will be £30 you would think £500.for less then 24hours was enough. Don't...

The hot tub was soo good, the bath was big enough to fit a family of 5 in haha. The bed was comfy, a bit harder then what i usually have but still comfy.
