"My son and I stayed for 1 night as a he was invited to attend the Buckingham Palace Garden Party. The hotel is situated close to a few tube stations but also central enough to walk to places like Westminster, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Covent Garden, China Town, Leicester Square and Buckingham Palace (and many more). We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a lovely gentleman who was polite and gave a warm welcome. We arrived a little early to ask if they could store our bags till check-in, and they told us our room was ready so we were welcome to take our bags straight up. The room was clean and a lovely cool temperature. We had a bottle of water each, a coffee machine with pods and a lovely bar of hotel chocolate. Our beds were really comfy and there were plenty of plugs and usb's. The room has a small wardrobe and even an iron/ironing board should this be needed. The bathroom was clean and fresh with soap, hand cream, shampoo and the shower was nice and powerful. Even though we were on the 1st floor facing the road we had a quite nights sleep, and the wooden shutters kept the room dark We had a lovely breakfast and didn't have to wait long to be seated. There was a great choice of fruit, pastries, drinks, cereals and hot buffet breakfast all of good quality. On checking out Mohammed offered to store our bags till we were travelling home later that evening. Great friendly staff all around and a lovely experience for my son and I."

"We requested a “bridge view” room and the hotel did not fail to deliver! We had the most amazing view, room was a great size and had everything we needed. Despite being about the bar/restaurants and outside areas there was no noise at all and we had a great sleep! Staff really lovely and helpful and the Vicinity restaurant more so, with delicious food served quickly and with a smile. Will definitely be back! "

"Great location, right beside Hyde Park, easy to walk to so many of the top attractions to see in London, if walking is what you like to do. Tube and buses right there as well. We had a nice room overlooking Oxford St. Overall a great hotel in a nice area. "

"Great location for Heathrow Airport and family room for 3 adults …double bed and small double which was preferable to a sofa bed as most hotels offer. Staff were friendly and helpful ..booked taxi for Terminal 3 which arrived for pick up time 5.45am £18."
