We found our experience here delightful the hotel room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff were very friendly, even going out there way to move our room to a ground floor one due to my daughter being disabled. We ate hear for tea and breakfast both days and found the menu plentiful and food of high standard yet reasonably priced. Highly recommend and we will definitely book...

"Not bad for a london hotel but it is just rooms above a pub. A nice place to stay if you are visiting Kew Gardens. However, the room we stayed in had a single glazed window with very poor seals. So the room was cold alll night and the wind whistled through the window and rattled it. In addition the bed was incredibly hard (not just a firm mattress) and the sink in the bathroom was leaking. Look, it was fine: clean and reasonably priced and did us for a night but sometimes i think you wouldn't...

"Idea for a weekend away "

"A two night stay with family members. Traditional London pub which served very tasty food. Not all of the items on the menu or drinks in the bar were available. The rooms were clean but not spacious and situated on the side of the noisy south circular road. The staff were friendly and accommodating."
