The rooms used to be much more spacious, and they used to offer two double beds. Now it’s two twins and the room is ridiculously tiny. Disappointing for sure. It’s very dark, now, as well. "I booked this for our week in London in early December of 2024 and the room was great, the location can't be beat really and the staff were so lovely. I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!"
