"The service was generally outstanding. The room was spacious and well appointed. Easy access to St James Park Underground Tube/Subway station which was literally across the road. Victoria Railway Station (hub for Gatwick express trains from Gatwick airport) was a 15 min walk away. Very good breakfast - high end. In house pub - also high end. In house fine dining restaurant. "Highly recommend staying at the Park Plaza Victoria. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the Apollo Victoria Theatre (Wicked) and it was perfect - only a 3 minute walk from the hotel to the theatre. The entrance to the hotel was lovely and open, clean and well lit. The staff were friendly and smiley, checked us in quickly and on check out they have a concierge area for you to leave your bags which is ideal if you're seeing a matinee performance and check out beforehand. "We really enjoyed our stay! The room was fairly clean and warm. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean. There was a little dust in the bathroom but it was otherwise very clean. Nothing of concern! The breakfast was great! Lots of options and very filling. Easy to check in and out. Not a lot of noise. It was a good area of town. Overall would highly recommend. The room was bigger than we expected it to be. We had four people in a family room. "
