"It was a very comfortable stay for us. The room was big and the bathroom was also big. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Loved the vintage furniture and the service was excellent! Hedy was very welcoming and we had great conversations with Anmol at reception. Staff were friendly. The hotel is very old but we loved it. The floors are not even and creak at times but didn’t bother us. We would definitely return again. Also very walkable. "

"We have been here three years in a row now. The views are amazing, either overlooking Beacon Hill park or the Salish Sea. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorating with an antique charm. Many have jacuzzi tubs fitted as well. Breakfasts are great, we had eggs with sausage one day, then French toast and then pancakes. Each day with a fruit cup and hash browns and bacon as well, delicious. Easy fifteen minute walk, mostly through Beacon Hill park, to the Royal BC Museum, Parliament...
