No one attending the front desk. Had to wait an hour to check in , Right at dinner hour. The restaurant was closed our entire stay. Staff Christmas party the first night and private function the second night.

Poor water pressure as in it took 45 minutes to shower and rinse shampoo and soap( horrible), sliding door and dresser drawer broken, they had plumbing issue one day and my water ran rusty was u/a to use tub, called front desk and she said "the plumbers said it would take awhile" and to run my water which I did for 2 hrs, no kidding 2 hours. I watched an entire movie and still rusty. Half the staff was friendly, few seemed like they hated their jobs. Nice view in my room from balcony with broken door. You have to do your own dishes before you leave or they charge you and Expedia stated sound proof rooms, ABSOLUTELY not sound proof, person above me was loud stomping and maybe moving chair around and could here everyone in hallway. Was walkable to alot of sites which was nice. Not sure I would stay here again.

Nice location. Upkeep of the rooms needs some serious work. Cobwebs in windows and kitchen light fixtures, The transition strip from kitchen tile to living room laminate is raised which is a trip hazard and sharp when stepped on. The mattress had to be replaced and the box spring sound's like its one sleep away from breaking. Dings all over the walls ceiling and window sills missing paint, the rug is gross stained and not vacuumed the amount of sand & dirt on it and under it was unbelievable. This was our 2nd time at this hotel....alot has changed since our first visit...not sure there will be a 3rd.

At the Oswego Hotel, it was a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I noticed two issues with the water: the hot water in the shower only lasted about 10 minutes before turning warm, and the water for the tub never got hot, staying only warm. This was a bit inconvenient, but aside from that, everything else was good. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We've stayed here on a few occasions. Last weekend again was perfect. This weekend was disappointing. The room we got felt like it was still being furnished. No desk just a low bench. A very small long narrow table. Bed was still very comfortable. So for one night not a problem but will make sure next time we get our usual type of room. Breakfast was awesome in the lobby restaurant
