It was a very pleasant stay, luxurious features and overall very well kept. The shuttle service was very convenient and the drivers were very friendly. It was unfortunate the pool was unavailable but the room, lobby, shuttle service and Blue Crab restaurant make experiencing Victoria extremely special.

I love going to this hotel in the off season when it's more reasonable price wise. The property is very clean, located in a very quiet but lovely part of the city and is walkable to downtown or along the waterfront as well as to very good restaurants and cafes. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are very nicely appointed and the views are really great if you book a water side room! Highly recommend.
