"Fantastic location: near everything, easily accessible to Hullo ferry (walking) or sea planes (shuttle). Lovely building. Beds comfy, room styling is fine. Went to extravagant Christmas Day brunch. Food choices and quality fantastic. Lighting and floor staff all felt like a cafeteria. Not sure I’d do it again. Overall cocktail area service lacks a sophistication found at the Hotel Georgia or The Empress. Again, cafeteria feel. Plus, not an equal acknowledgement of all the clients looking...
