"I really enjoyed how easy going everything was. No issues with anything. The room was amazing, however only issue was the top head shower wasn’t working. Either who, everything went so well & bonus points for having netflix & hbo max already hooked up! "

"we live in nj and usually take train into town. hotels near penn station are usually more noisy and the immediate neighborhood is always crowded. motto by hilton in chelsea is in the residential area, quite safe & comfortable to walk around, and yet not too far away from the penn station. the staff is always very friendly 👍 so we usually stay here whenever in town 😊 "

"Walls seem to be thin, heard people talking (not even shouting) when they were walking down the hall. Bathroom was a bit too small. But, room was great, bed was fabulous, shower was great."
