"I tried to work with concierge had two calls and a few emails. There was no follow through. It was a special event stay and I was disappointed. Front desk staff was not much help. No bell hop to assist with taking things to the room."

"We had a room with a view of an adjacent Building that was 20' away. Not a huge complaint but wish our room would have had a better view. Hallways didn't seem to get vacuumed daily."

"I love this area (Flower District!) and street in particular (W 28th). It is super close to Penn Station, 6th Ave/Street of Americas, and youre surrounded by restaurants and coffeeshops (Pret, Bagel Pub, McDonald's for the kids, Bodega and Duane Read a block away, etc). The hotel was convenient, comfortable, and safe. The elevators (there are 2) were timely (which matters!!), and staff were friendly. I found some hair in the bathroom when we checked in, bit other than that, no complaints. Would come back and atay here again! "
