"The Zed hotel is a fun and quirky place that is a unique stay in. Grandma’s basement was very fun and nostalgic to hang out in. The staff were lovely and helpful. "

"Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The...

"We arrived a little early from the ferry and they let us check in which we really appreciated. We found the room to be clean comfortable and well appointed including a bar fridge microwave and safe. The linens wer fresh and clean and the mattresses were comfy and not too hot. The pillows were also just perfect for me as a side sleeper. The parking was a little pricey but convenient. And the harbour views spectacular. Great hotel. Can’t wait to come back "

"It was fine except that the thermostat in our room didn’t actually do anything. It wasn’t until we spent 2 cold nights that we realized it wasn’t actually working. There were heaters in the closet. Is that why they were there? If it didn’t actually work we should have been informed when we check in and then we would have used the heaters. "
