The only downside was noise from a nearby pub at closing time. Get a room on the front (south) side."

"We had a room on the second floor which had a deck, not just a balcony but a full deck! It was awesome and we used it often during our stay. Parking below ground is very secure, breakfast is excellent as are all of the staff members. We plan on staying here again next time we're in town."

"An affortable place to stay in the core of Victoria downtown. This hotel does not offer complimentary parking spots, but there is an indoor parking lot just a block away on Johnson Street. The parking rate is also very reasonable ($2.5/ hr) and free between 8pm to 8am; stat days may also be free. There is also a pub in the proximity of this venue, which is ideal for socializing. "
