"We stayed in the Best Western for two nights in May. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom was on the small side but was fine for 2 nights. The hotel’s location was perfect for shops and restaurants or walking to the harbour. The only downside was the lift. It was incredibly slow considering we were only on 6th floor, it took up to 5 mins to wait and get down to the ground floor. "

It was to celebrate a milestone birthday and a long standing friendship Later that evening we received a sweet note and a gift from the Parkside Team, delivered personally by the lovely young woman who checked us in! We were very touched and impressed! We loved our room and it was the perfect spot to settle after our travels After we left we realized we'd forgotten some things and house keeping had them and was very responsive and helpful in arranging for us to get them back I have rarely been able to recover forgotten items from a hotel! SUPER IMPRESSED And grateful!! Parkside will definitely be my choice to stay when I come to Victoria! "
