"Everything was great. Room was clean and washer in the room helped tremendously. However the area to the elevator is next to the smoking room. The smoking room has poor ventilation and you will smell smoke while waiting for the elevator. This was not pleasant at all. Perhaps management can work on fixing this issue. It might be the only reason I would not choose this hotel again. Otherwise, staff and service were excellent. "

"Great place as it is on route with the Narita airport limousine bus service so made it easy to get to. Hotel has a great location as we walked to everything in Shinjuku. Close to the train station and family mart across the street. They had a great area of toiletries and coffee/teas you could help yourself to if you so wish. Was a great hotel would totally stay here again!"
