"Hotel is conveniently located next to Tsukiji outer market and a 10-min walk from Tsukiji station. Staff at the front desk were helpful with storing our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out. The luxury twin room that we booked was spacious for Tokyo standard. However, although it is a ‘luxury’ room, we only get to look into the wall of an adjacent building 1.5m away. Hotel is not very eco friendly. Even though we did not request for housekeeping the room was made up every day...

"The building seems bit outdated. The room is very small and the bathroom has very low ceiling. They don’t clean your room less than every 3 night for “sustainability” but the provide new towels everyday- which it’s very contradictory. Breakfast is poor, I didn’t even bother the last morning. Desk team useless. At check in I was told my stay was 2 nights only but in reality it was 3. On my last night, I didn’t sleep at all because someone within the same floor was talking very loud few doors...
