"The electric plugs in the room are universal, work for UAE, European, American devices. BUT the business center is outdated. Thete are UAE plugs only, my connection plug was unstable and I had to fix it by a chair. The desktops are slow and do not allow to use zoom connection and, certainly, no option to fownload zoom application (the last is understandable). I am thankful for the opportunity to work in the business centet during late night, but that place must be renovated without delay. All...

"We will make a reservation at the Rose Rayhaan. We stayed at the Rose Rayhaan before but wanted to try this one. But I had not realized that they were less than 100mts apart. So the location is good for both of them, but we will still likely reserve at the Rose next time. It seems to us that the front desk personnel there is much more friendly. During our check in one of the ladies probably thought she owned the place. The one that actually did check us in was much more approachable "

Lack of dishes in rooms restricts how you can enjoy your own snacks in privacy, washing up should improve and some individual staff members tend to profit from 'on the side' business. "

"It's a very good hotel in a prime location, making it a short walk to the exhibition center and metro line. Hotel staff is of great help. The hotel seems to be under new ownership and management and it has improved a lot. Very comfortable, clean, has a good wifi and ideal for business trips."
