"Hotel was very nice. A bit of a challenge finding the valet parking, but otherwise perfect for heading out to the Dubai 7’s. The main issue was the VIP access was pretty much worthless. They wouldn’t upgrade the room - even though they were still offering the next room level up on their website. The restaurants worth going to are not affiliated with the hotel. Staff were nice."

"The executive lounge staff were excellent and hotel was great. The reason we didn’t give 5 stars is that we requested non smoking and we were given email confirmation that we would be given a non smoking room, however the room was a smoking room and on a smoking floor. We only checked in around 3am and were too tired to ask for a swap and decided to keep the room"

"Excellent place to stay and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed for was that I was looking one night and got booked for two. I mentioned to the receptionist and was advised to talk to Expedia and change it since I booked through Expedia and I did so. Expedia talked to the hotel management but they didn’t change and I ended up paying for two nights and stayed only from 8:00am to 10:00 pm. "
