"Hotel is 80meters from Metro red line Financial station, an easy subway ride from airport is 5 Dirhams, truly convenient! Room's furniture is bit old but spacious to Parisian standard. We stayed 7 nights, all good except 2 days without housekeeping cleaning service, we had to call to get the cleaning done. Location is great and I would recommend this hotel. "

"It was good. A few very small problem. The electric kettle would turn off the power to all the outlets when plugged in, even off. I did not know this and asked them to fix the outlets several times. So I could charge my phone and laptop. Eventually the man that cleans the room showed me the circuit breakers, and I figured out to unplug the kettle. I put it on its inductive base at some point? In the morning nobody had come to check. I mentioned at the desk, but they never sent a different...

"I loved my stay at the four points the location is superb right on the financial district station red line. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the staff on the front doors, check in was polite and easy the guys and ladies near the elevators, organising taxis, the trip and spa coordinates near the elevators were informative but not harassing which is lovely. Everyone is friendly and says morning or evening which may not sound a big deal but I find it very positive and charming. My...
