"Great hotel with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent and the view from the 49th bar is the best. Really convenient for the public transport, just a short walk from the hotel that provides great access to the wonderful sights of Dubai."

"We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast . However the property lacked a choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was the only major one . The Greek restaurant was outdoors and it was too hot to sit outside and the Korean bar didn’t allow kids after 8pm so was if no use to us.
