The double bed was tight against the window, and I needed to climb over my partner to go to the toilet. Very poorly designed and cramped. I wouldn't stay again. I did ask to move rooms but was told all rooms have the bed tight the window.

This hotel presents itself to be a very fancy place however that was far from our stay at the Ark Hotel in Canary Wharf. The room had an unpleasant odour, the floors weren’t clean and there was blood on the wall of the bathroom. The bed felt as if it was broken and my partner and I had to climb over each other to get in and out. The bathroom was so small and so was the shower. The shower door was hanging off and the window wouldn’t stay open. Which was necessary since there wasn’t any aircon. The location was great for our requirements and the pool area seemed nice. But for the price I was expecting better. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Loved staying at this property full of many useful amenities. As a working professional, this hotel had everything I needed - cafe, multiple co-working spaces, pool, sauna, etc. Hotel is very well maintained and feels very safe with friendly staff. Awful experience. Turned up late as advised at 22.40pm to be told flatly that all bookings had been cancelled that day due to staff shortages. No correspondance sent to warn of this. No alternative offered, just told i would have to find somewhere else to stay. (At least 20 other people arriving and told the same whilst i was finding another location.) Refund was promised but didnt arrive unril it was chased. Stay in london two nights every week, Will Never book this hotel again.

Wonderful helpful staff. Accommodation awful, room extremely small, bed tiny only one bedside table the bed is pushed up against the wall/window making it drafty on that side. In the Kitchen no plates or utensils provided. Bathroom is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. If you were slightly on the larger size you would not be able to fit in the bathroom let alone the shower. The bathroom itself was dirty and needed maintenance to fit peeling paintwork and clean the grout of the “baby sized” shower. I would definitely not stay here again or recommend this to anyone

I loved staying here, the property was so nice and the area around was so beautiful to explore. I felt so safe in this area walking around at night for the views, it’s near so many things. The property itself was beautiful and had many options to do, they have a cafe, sauna, pool and many more. I would recommend staying here if you visit London/Canary Wharf. The service was lovely, everyone I interacted with was so so sweet and willing to help with so many things. I would stay here again.
