My room was great but had lots of trouble regulating the water temperature in the shower, and my toilet clogged very easily."

"Ruby holds it down at the front desk! I love this hotel for price, quality and conscience. I’ve stayed in the past and my room is usually spotless. This past visit I think they forgot to clean the shower floor and bathroom floor. There was hair and glitter. River North for you.. but I didn’t say anything because I checked in late and I was leaving in the morning. If I was staying longer I would have had it cleaned or switch rooms."

"Hallways weren't vaccummed when we arrived, but looked like they were sometime in the following days. Room was clean, but the hot water was inconsistent and the pipes make a really loud noise during the shower. You can also hear the pipes from other rooms during the night.
