"My first impression was the great looking of the property. I felt safe with the way of accessing the place. The service was fantastic, we had everything we need while staying there. "OK, but not more than that... BF had good juices, but breadwise only the std sandwich type (besides from couple cake choices). Confusion about their promoted 3 room categories, being 22; 25 and 28 m2. We booked the Executive type (supposed to be 28 m2), but was certainly less. Complained and changed rooms, but although the new was a bit bigger I am not sure it was better overall..."

"When we arrived to check into our prepaid studio apartment, they had no available room for us. They instead sent us to another hotel that was terrible and told us they'd be back to pick us up at 7am. We were in the lobby waiting until 7:30 when I asked if they were coming. Relaxing stay

"Movenpick Living West Hanoi, exceeded my expectation, accessible location, neat and clean room, not mention it is also spacious, staying in our 2 bedroom suit room unit, is just like staying in our home away from home. Breakfast buffet also has everything you want for a healthy start up. Above all are the attentive staff that are always ready to extend a hand before you ask for it special mention of the following: Tan, Rose and Key also Le Anh Dzung who assisted us to our rented limousine going to Sapa, he even offered us to give him a call whenever we need a service again from Sapa to Hanoi. Movenpick living west is recommendable, if given the chance to be back in hanoi, this will always be my place to go."
