"My stay at this hotel was horrendous. First, upon first entrance the room looks normal. However, though the bed was made, upon settling for bed, I discovered that the sheets and pillows were unclean and smelled. My skin has been itching me since. Additionally, there were no soaps available and I had to buy my own soap (which I left at the hotel). "I have stayed here twice before an the service is excellent and so is the food. The beach is only a 100 meter walk through trees full of Scarlet Macaws. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for Macaws. Unfortunately, we were cut short in our stay this time. The drive from LA Fortuna was a rough 5-1/2 hours and my niece became ill. We opted to return home to Grecia. "
