It was clean with a very spacious room and a balcony overlooking the pools and jungle-like setting where we could see monkeys, etc. The staff at the hotel provide excellent service and help with explaining excursions and recommend ones that suit your specific wants/needs. "Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're a couple or bringing your family to Jaco. Very safe tourist location. "

"We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms...
