This hotel is right on the beach so perfectly located for watching the sunset. Steven at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed that breakfast is included and served at the beach restaurant.

We travelled with my sister and her husband, their room did not get cleaned until the 3rd day, then only after asking multiple times, place is rundown, needs work. Had to pay for chairs on the beach. Nice beach! Loved the ocean!

We reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa bed, however, when we checked they advised us that the room was not available due to over booking and placed us in a room with 1 king bed. The bed felt like it was a queen bed, not a king bed.

Staff was very nice, beds comfortable. No extras. No tissues, no refrigerator, no coffee before 7, 3 towels/1 washcloth for 4 people. Door lock broken and could see through wooden door. Paint from pool edge came off on legs and arms. Would put photo if available. Turned a white washcloth blue trying to get it off. No follow-up or help. Food not very good and ran out of a lot of things on menu. No strawberries!! Umbrellas worn out. Sorry but would never stay again. No good beach chairs or space.

Was really appreciative of the staff. Went out of their way to help when needed. Property is in pretty good condition. Plumbing was a little wonky but overall didn’t negatively impact my stay. Is very close to the beach and about a 5-10 min walk into town.

This was a great place to stay in Jaco. Its just south of town so its more laid back and quiet but close to everything. The staff was nice and the restaurant on site has good food. Theres a little restaurant and store across the street that made things easy as well.
