"Hotels dot com screwed up the reservation, but Jessica at the property did everything she could and made sure I️ have accommodations for my trip. She’s there to help and does a great job at that. The road going to the site is dirt, but that’s expected in CR. The pool at the smaller condos is amazing. Infinity, with fantastic views and the right depth to hang out and enjoy life. Definitely going back there the next time I’m in Uvita!!"

"The place was very cute but the check in for us was a nightmare. Could not get in contact with anyone and couldn’t find the exact location. Hotels.com was on the verge of finding us another place because nobody would answer the phone at the number provided when luckily another property owner knew of the place and helped us find it. Should just say in the listing to check in at Mar hotel or Don Taco."

"Very beautiful house and property. Exactly as described and as seen in pictures. The house had everything we needed. Only issue I had was with communication and directions. We couldn’t find the house, The address that was sent was a dropped pin. The directions that were sent were not accurate and out of order. No one was answering the phone and or messages. We were lost and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to stop and ask numerous locals for directions. "

"This location was exactly what our family needed. The house was beautiful. It had a breathtaking ocean view and the natural wonders of the jungle. We saw toucans, Izzy the resident Iguana and a small tapir. We could hear howler monkeys all around in the mornings. Mark was on the spot communicating with us to make our arrival seamless. "birthday trip for me and my friend and our husbands!! Costa Rica is AMAZING! Yosue was so prompt on any questions we had - he helped us book some AMAZING tours!! and also helped us with restaurants. We would never have gone to the Monarco Butterfly House/Cafe for lunch if he had not recommended it. The house was great for the 4 of us - plenty of room to move around and the pool was beautiful! the 2 flights of stairs is only drawback :) but it is worth it!"
